About You

• Experience in employment services, community services, recruitment, NDIS, or other customer-focused industries.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and administration skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
• Empathy and resilience when supporting customers experiencing barriers to employment.
• Experience working with people with intellectual disability or lived experience with disability (highly regarded).

• Hold a current Class C Drivers Licence.
